Counselling and psychotherapy are a safe and confidential conversation with a qualified counsellor or therapist. The focus is on working out challenging issues, past traumas and negative feeling that you are experiencing. I work with you to explore, discover and express your inner feeling and experience. In the process, you will uncover the root cause and identify helpful ways of coping.
