As individuals, we juggle various roles and responsibilities at school, work, and home. It is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed or lost when you have so much on your plate.

You don’t have to go through this alone. An experienced and empathetic counsellor can hear you out and help you understand your feelings better. During counselling sessions, you develop skills to manage your challenges more constructively.

Signs that you may require counselling

  1. You struggle to focus at work or in school.
  2. You have unexplainable mood swings.
  3. You feel lost and unable to cope with your emotions.
  4. You experience changes in your behaviours, personality, sleep (e.g. sleeping too much or having insomnia) or appetite (increase or decrease in appetite).
  5. You abuse drugs, alcohol, food, or sex to cope with your difficulties.
  6. You are no longer interested to engage in the activities that you enjoy.
  7. You have thoughts of self-harm.
