1. What is counselling?
Counselling is the process where a counsellor works with clients to understand their difficulties and improve their psychological well-being so they can lead a fruitful life.

During counselling, you will gain a better understanding of yourself, the underlying issues that affect your life and learn constructive strategies to overcome them.

  1. What can I expect during the first counselling session?
You will fill in a short registration form before I talk to you to understand your concerns. By the end of the session, I will share my professional views about your situation and a recommended approach to help you improve your life.

If you brought your child or adolescent for his/her first counselling session, I would share my findings with you and update you if your child requires counselling.

I am a registered counsellor in Singapore, so I am qualified to provide counselling and psychotherapy.

If you are unsure of which service you need, I provide a free 20-minute phone consultation to advise you on which one you need. Make an appointment and select “phone consultation”.

  1. How can a counsellor help me?
